We are seeking a high-impact, results-oriented Sales Assistant who is a natural relationship builder and thrives in a collaborative, creative environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.

The Sales Assistant role is essential to our success, as it plays a key part in delivering the world-class service our customers have come to expect.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside salespeople with open communication on all client needs
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with salesperson and clients
  • Provide best-in-class customer service
  • Show independent initiative
  • Self-motivated, self-confident, team player
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to exercise good judgment

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a support role of sales, marketing, advertising and or promotions preferred
  • Extensive computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with excellent follow-up
  • BS or BA from an accredited college or university
