Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales goals and quotas
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities into long-term partnerships
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Resolve client concerns effectively while maintaining the company’s strong reputation

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience (promotional sales, digital media, or print experience required)
  • Strong knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and negotiation principles
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) from an accredited university preferred
  • Background in distribution, manufacturing, print media, event management or B2B sales (with an existing book of business) is a plus
