The Big Slick event is an annual fundraising event created in 2010 by celebrities Rob Riggle, Paul Rudd and Jason Sudeikis to raise funds for Children’s Mercy Hospital. Through various fundraising activities and the help of celebrity friends like Will Ferrell and Adam McKay, over $21 million has been raised and goes directly towards eradicating pediatric cancer. The event has grown over the years and now includes hosts Eric Stonestreet, David Koechner and Heidi Gardner. The Big Slick Weekend event supports the important work of Children’s Mercy Hospital, an independent children’s health organization dedicated to holistic care, translational research, breakthrough innovation, and educating the next generation of caregivers.

The Big Slick Weekend, held in Kansas City, June 2-3, 2023, was packed with cool events including the “Just Us” VIP Cocktail Party, the Big Slick Celebrity Softball Game followed by a Royals vs. Colorado Rockies game, the Big Slick Party & Show, and special VIP Meet & Greet Experiences. Attendees enjoyed the chance to mix and mingle with the celebrity hosts at the events!
